Its hard, nonporous surface makes CaesarStone simple to clean. In most cases, soap and water or a mild detergent is all that is required to maintain its luster. If necessary, a non-abrasive cleanser such as Soft Scrub Liquid Gel with Bleach or Comet Soft Cleanser Cream With Bleach can be used along with a non-scratch or delicate scrub pad such as blue Scotch-Brite sponge. Adhered materials like food, gum, nail polish, or dried paint can be scraped away with a plastic putty knife; any marks left by the blade can be removed with Soft Scrub Liquid Gel and a blue Scotch-Brite pad. Thoroughly rinse the surface with clean water to remove residue.
While CaesarStone does not require sealants or waxes to maintain its luster, occasional polishing with Soft Scrub Bleach Gel or Comet Gel will keep the quartz surfacing looking its best.
Please understand that HONED finishes will require more daily maintenance than our polished finishes. Since there is more exposed surface area with honed finishes, metal marks, finger prints and other signs of daily living will show on honed material. Most of these marks can be easily removed with little effort and non-abrasive cleaning products such as Soft Scrub Liquid Gel. For tough stains, work the area with a blue Scotch Brite pad.
CaesarStone prides itself in providing our customers a virtually care-free surface, but as with any product, excessive abuse can harm its finish. With a small amount of care, your CaesarStone surface will look as great as the day you bought it for years to come.

Quartz Surface Limited Residential 10-Year Warranty

U.S. Quartz Products Inc. will warrant from the original date of installation material that fails due to any manufacturing defect when fabricated and installed by CaesarStone Certified Fabricator for a period of ten (10) years. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of failed material that has been permanently installed into your residence. The option to repair or replace is at the sole option of U.S. Quartz Products Inc.
The Residential Limited 10-year warranty is available only to the owner of a single-family residence in which the surfacing product is originally installed or, in the case of a newly constructed single-family residence, to the first owner acquiring the residence from the builder thereof with the surfacing product already permanently installed.
Terms and Conditions
This warranty applies to product that was installed after July 1, 2007.
1. This warranty applies only to CaesarStone quartz surfacing materials and does not apply to any other products, including other quartz surfacing products manufactured or supplied by any other party, except U.S. Quartz Products Inc.
2. This warranty applies only to installations that are permanently installed in the interior of residences and that have not been moved from original installations. This warranty applies only to CaesarStone quartz surfacing materials that have been permanently installed in the interior of residences. If after or during installation you decide that you do not like the color or finish you selected, replacement is not covered by this warranty.
3. This warranty does not cover materials that have not been paid for.
4. This warranty only applies to materials that have been maintained according to the Limited residential 10-year warranty provided at the time of installation or upon request from U.S. Quartz Products Inc.
5. To request service under this warranty you must contact the entity from which you purchased CaesarStone or contact U.S. Quartz Products Inc. directly at 877-978-2789.
6. Following installation, you must register your product immediately in order to activate your warranty by completing the easy to use online form made available at http://warranty.caesarstoneus.com or by contacting CaesarStone customer service at 877-978-2789.
In the event that no record of your warranty is on file you must provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt or invoice showing the name of the Authorized Dealer and CaesarStone Certified Fabricator. You must agree to cooperate with U.S. Quartz Products or its authorized agents in the inspection of the product and will assist us in efforts to perform our obligations under this warranty. U.S. Quartz Products Inc. will seek to obtain the best possible result whether we decide to repair or replace your installation but exact color match cannot be guaranteed.
7. This warranty is transferable during the warranty period provided the original purchaser provides in writing to U.S. Quartz Products Inc. the name of the new owner and contact information. Under no circumstances will this warranty exceed ten (10) years from the date of installation.
8. All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of U.S. Quartz Products Inc. No representative, dealer, salesperson, fabricator or any other person is authorized to make any warranty or promises on behalf of U.S. Quartz Products Inc. with respect to CaesarStone quartz surfacing products.
Exclusions:
1. This warranty does not cover use for commercial purposes. Commercial use includes but is not limited to, use in a store, office or other place of business.
2. This warranty does not cover products installed in outdoor applications.
3. This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse. Improper use or abuse includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care and maintenance.
a.  Chips: Chips are caused by excessive impact. Chips or any other impact damage are not covered under this warranty.
b.  Scratches: CaesarStone is a very hard material and highly scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Scratches are not covered under this warranty and proper care should be exercised including the use of a cutting board as part of your proper care and maintenance.
4. This warranty does not cover routine maintenance. Routine maintenance includes but is not limited to, minor conditions such as stains and water spots that maybe corrected by following the techniques specified in the online Care & Maintenance section.
5. This warranty does not cover failures due to fabricators not following the prescribed fabrication and installation procedures as outlined by U.S. Quartz Products. Improper fabrication is the responsibility of the fabricator/installer.
6. This warranty does not cover seam appearance or seam performance or adhesive, caulk or other accessory items. Once installed the two main reasons for seam separation or cracking are the shifting or movement of the substrate, cabinets or foundation and thermal shock, which can occur when a hot pan, dish or other receptacle or object is left on the countertop for more than a brief period. Trivets or hot pads should always be used. These items are not considered material defects but are subject to proper care and maintenance by the owner.
7. HONED FINISHES: This warranty does not cover the altering of any factory applied polished or honed finish. Only the colors listed in the CaesarStone brochure, sample-book or on-line as available in a honed finish are eligible under the 10 year limited warranty. Any other colors that are provided as a “honed” finish are excluded from this warranty and any issues arising from the practice of “in-shop” honing are the responsibility of the fabricator.
a.  This warranty does not cover temporary marks that are common on a honed finish such as metal marks, fingerprints or other signs of daily living. A signed “Special Care Considerations for CaesarStone Honed Finishes" form is required to be submitted to CaesarStone and or its assigns to receive coverage under the 10 year limited warranty. This form must be signed by the end user/owner of the finished installation.
8. This warranty does not cover additional modifications such as plumbing, electrical, tile cabinets etc. that may be necessary to repair or replace the CaesarStone product covered by this limited warranty.
9. COLOR VARIATION: CaesarStone is manufactured from natural quartz. Variations in the color, size, shape and the distribution of the pattern of the natural quartz and the tone of the background are inherent and unique characteristics of the product and are not covered under this warranty.
a.  Color Samples: Samples are provided to consumers, dealers and fabricators and are only representative and not an exact replication of what will be installed in your home. Variations such as those stated above (#9) are inherent and unique characteristics of the product and do not affect product performance and your countertop will not be replaced due to these variations.
b.  Blemishes: Some level of what could be referred to as spots or blotches are inherent in the manufacturing process of quartz surfacing products. Blemishes larger than the size of a U.S. 10-cent piece are covered under this warranty.
c.  Finish: CaesarStone quartz surfacing measures an average of 40 gloss units or higher for our polished finish. In comparison gloss levels on granite range from 70-85. CaesarStone will have less gloss than granite. Any installation with a gloss that measures 40 or more is standard and is not covered under this warranty.
10. U.S. Quartz Products Inc. is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or part by acts of God, job site conditions, architectural/engineering design, structural movement and acts of vandalism or accidents.
11. This warranty does not cover products installed with known or visible defects at the time of installation, including but not limited to color variance.
12. U.S. Quartz Products Inc. shall not be responsible in either contract or tort for any loss of direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the products covered in this warranty. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
13. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
    
Quartz Surface Limited Commercial 10-Year Warranty

U.S. Quartz Products Inc.-the U.S. supplier of CaesarStone- warrants to the owner of the original installation that CaesarStone quartz surfaces, when installed in accordance with current published procedures by a CaesarStone Certified Fabricator/Installer, shall be free from material defects in manufacturing for a period of ten (10) years from the date of completion of the installation of the CaesarStone.
U.S. Quartz Products Inc. makes no express or implied warranty including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or from any other course of dealing or trade usage regarding the product. No warranty whatsoever is made in regards to materials produced or provided by other manufacturers.
U.S. Quartz Products Inc. sole responsibility and liability under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at U.S. Quartz Products Inc. option, the products shown to be defective, during the warranty period. U.S. Quartz Products Inc. shall have no liability for any other loss, expense or damage, as a result of the installation of CaesarStone. Under no circumstances shall U.S. Quartz Products Inc. be liable for indirect, punitive, consequential, special or any other similar damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption or any other loss.
The original owner must provide U.S. Quartz Products Inc. with prompt notice of any alleged defects that appear. U.S. Quartz Products Inc. or its authorized agents must be permitted to inspect the product and to follow the warranty procedures. All decisions regarding the existence of manufacturing defects or affecting this warranty shall be made by U.S. Quartz Products Inc. and shall be final and binding on all parties.

5. This warranty does not apply to products with “honed” finishes. Honed finishes require more daily maintenance and may not be appropriate for high traffic areas.
6. This warranty does not cover materials used in flooring applications.
7. This warranty is not transferable. Under no circumstances shall this warranty exceed ten (10) years from the date of installation. This warranty is issued to the original owner of the structure in which the CaesarStone was installed and expires upon transfer of the ownership of the structure to a third party.
8. You must register your installation either by registering the warranty online at www.caesarstoneus.com or by contacting CaesarStone customer service at 877-978-2789.
9. To request service under this warranty you must contact the entity from which you purchased the CaesarStone or contact U.S. Quartz Products Inc. directly at 877-978-2789.
10. All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of U.S. Quartz Products Inc. and will be communicated to the end user promptly.
11. Laws and building safety codes governing the design, engineering and construction of installations vary widely. U.S. Quartz Products Inc. assumes no responsibility or obligations with respect to the selection of product for the installation or the design, engineering and construction of the installation.
12. Commercial property shall consist of any location open to the general public for business use, private properties subject to residential or commercial rental or lease, or properties designated as hotels, motels or other temporary residence applications.
Exclusions:
1. Routine maintenance and minor conditions such as surface stains and water spots that may be corrected by following the techniques specified in the Use & Care Guide are not covered.
2. This warranty does not cover products installed in outdoor applications.
3. This warranty does not cover flooring applications.
4. This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse.
5. This warranty does not cover failures due to fabricators failing to follow the prescribed fabrication and installation procedures as outlined by U.S. Quartz Products Inc. Improper fabrication and installation is the sole responsibility of the fabricator/installer.
6. This warranty does not cover labor to remove, fabricate and/or reinstall CaesarStone, or other similar activities necessary to complete the replacement or removal of the defective material.
7. This warranty does not cover seam appearance or seam performance.
8. This warranty does not cover “honed” finishes or finishes that have been altered.
9. This warranty does not cover additional modifications such as plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets, etc that may be necessary to repair or replace the CaesarStone product covered under this warranty.
10. This warranty does not cover products installed with a known or visible manufacturing defect at the time of installation, including but not limited to color variance.
11. This warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, misuse, and damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, or uses of products exposed to outside weather or climate conditions.
U.S. Quartz Products Inc. shall not be responsible in either contract or tort for any loss of direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the products covered in this warranty.
This is the only product warranty made by U.S. Quartz Products Inc. No dealer, fabricator, distributor or any other person is authorized to make any warranty, promise or representation on behalf of U.S. Quartz Products Inc.
